These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph375 platform — including all games, betting services, account features, promotions, and payment operations. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph375 platform — including the website at ph375.app, any mobile interface, or any associated services — you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the ph375 platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph375 platform. Your continued access to and use of ph375 following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph375 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

The ph375 platform is operated for players located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ph375 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences.
To use real-money features of the ph375 platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.
ph375 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds in excess of net deposits.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph375 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Bonus funds and winnings generated through multiple accounts may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph375 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. ph375 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
You agree to notify ph375 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph375 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ph375 account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until you have notified ph375 of unauthorized access and ph375 has taken action to restrict access accordingly.
ph375 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Philippine-supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, InstaPay, QR Ph, and participating over-the-counter outlets such as 7-Eleven. Available payment methods may change from time to time and are subject to the terms of the respective payment providers.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Withdrawal limits may vary based on your account verification status and current tier in the ph375 loyalty program.
Deposits to ph375 are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on regular business days, subject to identity verification requirements and fraud screening. Processing to e-wallets such as GCash and Maya is typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval.
All transactions on the ph375 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph375 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round shall be governed by each provider's malfunction policy, and ph375 shall not be liable for losses arising from such events.
ph375 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, during system malfunctions, or in breach of the applicable game rules or these Terms.

ph375 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ph375 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no material breach occurred, the balance less any voided bonuses will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
Players may close their own ph375 account at any time by contacting support. Net balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

ph375 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. The decision of ph375 management on any dispute is final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph375 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph375 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where practicable, ph375 will provide notice of significant changes through a platform notification or email to your registered address.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ph375 platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the ph375 platform and may request account closure.
